Who is Vadera? A detailed background on the "Master of The Galaxies"

With the new DBZ Manga (Vadar The Ultimate Super Power) coming out late 2015 is showcasing 2 new DB villians one named Vadera the " leader of the planet trade organization. But the main question is who exactly is Vadera?  This blog will mostly explain who exactly is Vadera.
Not much is really known about this certain villian's origins but we do know that he has been conquering millions of planets with an iron fist. Vadera is one of the most universally known entities in the Dragon Ball franchise a lot of the original Dragon Ball characters are well aware of who this monster is including (Frieza, King Cold,King Vegeta,Beerus,Whis, and the kais).In which 80% of the original characters in the Dragon Ball franchise that knew him feared him as most were aware of his brutality towards anyone that got in his way. One of the main things that made Vadera universally known is his responsibility for the extinction of his race the Vanerians. Not much is know what exactly happened that day but it is apparent that it took place about 4 years before the genocide of the Saiyans. The genocide of the Vanerians is the main plot that cemented Vadera's place as the leader of the Planet Trade Organization. The motive for Vadera's decision to kill off his own race is unknown, but it was rumored that it was paranoia that caused him to execute his race and that it wouldn't be long before the same fate met the Saiyans. Vadera threatened anyone who revealed his identity to any low level (including saiyans) with their life. The only saiyan who was aware of who Vadera was King Vegeta mainly because his half brother is Vadera's father. Vadera is also partially involved in the genocide of the Saiyans excepting Frieza's request to destroy Planet Vegeta while remembering Beerus prediction of a Super Saiyan God rising up to defeat Vadera in the future. When Frieza returned to Vadera's ship after destoying Planet Vegeta he wasn't very pleased with Frieza, telling Frieza not to contact him if one of those saiyans become strong enough to oppose him. Vadera's powerlevel is revealed to be 350 Trillion making him the strongest mortal in the galaxies up until he met Goku.
